About the Internship

Job Description:

Providing support in installing/configuring networking equipment.
Assist the ICT team with day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, etc.
Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Resolve technical problems with (LAN), (WAN), and other systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure the previous issue has been resolved.

The intern will learn:

Internship Requirements

Qualifications:

BSc. in Computer Science or MIS or BIS or Computer Engineering - Fresh Graduates only ( 2018 - 2019)
Excellent to V.good English Commands
Excellent Computer Skills.
Basic knowledge in (CCNA- MCSE) is preferable
Attentive & capable of working under pressure
Ability to work in a team and individually
Good deal of patience in handling requests and supporting employees in IT issues
