About the Internship
Job Description:
 Assist with research, drafting of memoranda and contracts, due diligence processes and feasibility studies with specific focus on corporate and commercial matters and cross boarder transactions
The intern will learn:
The Intern will be afforded an insight into the working of an international law firm and advisory practice. Furthermore, the intern will gain experience in the processes of compiling and drafting complex legal opinions, drafting legal documents and conducting due diligence investigations for corporate, real estate and private equity transactions

Internship Requirements
  • Must be in third year or above.
  • Faculty of Law – English Sector.
