About the role
- Using our main tool ( IManager U2000 ) to monitor the network to achieve best quality of service.
- Issuance of Work Orders for Operation teams to do planned changes on CS nodes ( Traffic Migrations , Module Balancing , Short Numbers , etc…).
- Introduction to project management in the core network.
- Study the introduction of new elements to the network and the corresponding new services to the Network.
- Work on some CS related services & features.
- Prepare project plan for Core Switching projects.
About you
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Engineering background.
