Role Summary: The FMP Trainee is entry level pipeline for GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) which is widely considered to be the premier program of its kind. It is the first step in many successful GE management careers. FMP develops leadership and analytical skills through classroom training and key assignments. There are individual FMP programs specific to many of GE’s businesses. Essential Responsibilities: -FMP Trainee is an intensive 6 months entry-level program. -FMP Trainee assignment may include: Financial planning, accounting, operations analysis, auditing,forecasting, treasury/cash management, or commercial finance. -The experience combines intensive job assignments and interactive sessions to equip you with exceptional technical, financial and business skills. Role Summary: The Early Career graduate program - HR is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business.
