About the Internship
Job Description:
  • We are looking for (Egyptian & Syrian) legal intern who will assist with research, drafting of memoranda and contracts, due diligence processes and feasibility studies with specific focus on corporate and commercial matters and cross boarder transactions. The successful applicant will be in the last semesters of his/her legal studies and will have working proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
The intern will learn:
  • The Intern will be afforded an insight into the working of an international law firm and advisory practice. Furthermore, the intern will gain experience in the processes of compiling and drafting complex legal opinions, drafting legal documents and conducting due diligence investigations for corporate, real estate and private equity transactions.

Internship Start date: 01 July 2020

Duration: 3 months 

Internship Requirements
  • Bachelor of Law (English Section is a must)
  • final year students, Fresh graduates and Syrian Lawyers are welcomed.
  • very Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good Presentation skill is a plus.
  • German & French Language is a plus.
  • Ability to work individually and with a team
Location: Ad Doqi, Dokki, Giza Governorate, Egypt
