We are currently in search for a talented Human Resources Officer Intern to join our team in Cairo for a three-month internship. The successful candidate will help us screening candidates, arranging interviews, and preparing offers. What you will be doing?
- Manage the hiring process.
- Head-hunt candidates.
- Understand roles and prepare job descriptions.
- Arrange interviews
- Manage Screening for new candidates.
- Prepare the on-boarding process and ensure smooth integration for new members.
- Managing google hire systems.
- Create team activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
- Team spirit
- Good problem-solving skills
- Flexible and willing to accept a change in priorities as necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Internship or training certification a plus
