LEO Pharma - Human Resources Trainee

The selected trainee will be working at LEO Pharma Head Office in New Cairo and will be part of HR Team carrying out the below duties.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
1.    Update General HR Reports:
-       Update some HR reports as per instructions from HR Manager (example: Induction Training Tracker, Training Plan, contracts renewals, job descriptions)
2.    Activate the Employer Branding & Engagement Plan:
  • Support in the implementation of some internal initiatives on social media or on internal portal or Yammer Groups of LEO Pharma related to our Employer Value Proposition
  • Support to activate LinkedIn Life Page
  • Support to organize some People Talks with our employees
  • Support in the "Best Place to Work" survey
  • Support to design HR News Letters
  • Support to create some videos for "Pioneering stories"
  • Support to implement some activities from the internal engagement program (isolated but not disconnected) and the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) Plan
  • Support to create a welcome video for "Onboarding" of new comers
3.    Vacation Reports:
-       Extract from new HR system monthly report
-       Compare the leave requests submitted on HR system with Veeva report extracted from sales force System including missions and vacations and match the data and keep it the same and consolidate and get the missing leave requests
4.    Medical Insurance:
-       Make copy of new medical cards and ask employees to come to admin person to sign the recipient of the card and receive the new card
5.    Prepare HR letters for Banks or Embassy's etc….or experience letters and clearance forms
-       Prepare HR letters as per request (without salary)
-       Support employees regarding any needed documents from their employee file
-       Prepare experience letters for employees who resigned (when needed)
6.    Filing, prepare Contracts' renewals & Social Insurance Administration tasks:
-       Filing of all contracts, Job Description, employees's hiring documents, salary increases, bonus letters, training records or attendance sheets, induction agendas, promotion letters, exit interviews, social insurance documents, Hiring Checklist, clearance forms, leave requests, e-learnings certificates etc….
-       Put a "hiring checklist" in each employee file and make sure the file contains the requested documents
-       Review on weekly basis the contracts renewals
-       Prepare the annex for contracts who will expire and coordinate with receptionist to send the contracts of each team in an envelope to the relevant manager to be signed by employee and then let Senior Director sign them and finally send one signed copy back to employee and let him/her sign "recipient letter"
-       Prepare application number 6 for leavers or application number 1 for new comers when needed and send them with messenger to the social insurance office
-       help in the process of hiring in terms of collection of hiring documents to complete the employee file
7.    Schedule for Interviews and call candidates as per the schedule that will be sent from Manager or from HR Manager
8.    Participate in coordinating the Summer Internship program for sales department and can be part of the interview panel and the onboarding of interns
Required Qualifications:
·      Only for 3rd & 4th year students of General Management or Legal Studies
