About the Internship
- Assist in compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities
- Assist in talent acquisition or recruitment processes
- Assist in conducting employee on-boarding and help in planing, training & development
- Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
- Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedure.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
The intern will learn:
General Knowledge on all HR functions.
Duration: 3 months
- Fresh graduate is preferable.
- Bachelor degree.
- HR certificate or diploma is a plus.
- English fluency is a must.
- Preferable to be from New Cairo, Nasr City or Heliopolis residents.
