Food Magic - HR Intern

About the Internship
  • Assist in compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities
  • Assist in talent acquisition or recruitment processes
  • Assist in conducting employee on-boarding and help in planing, training & development
  • Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
  • Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to HR activities such as staffing, training and performance evaluations
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies and procedure.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
The intern will learn:
General Knowledge on all HR functions.

Duration:  3 months

  • Fresh graduate is preferable.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • HR certificate or diploma is a plus.
  • English fluency is a must.
  • Preferable to be from New Cairo, Nasr City or Heliopolis residents.
